Service Description
Move, strengthen and energise your whole body with this 45 minute full body circuit style workout. We will work through a series of simple, timed stations, combining cardio, strength, core and balance to give you a well rounded workout. This workout is designed to be accessible, adaptable and designed to leave you feeling good, not wiped out.
